Baneveien 16

Baneveien 16 is a forward-looking building with a long history. Built in the late 50s as a modern office building at the time, it is now being rehabilitated and transformed into a high-end office and apartment building by EGD property and LAB property. Finding good technical solutions in combination with high functionality and a beautiful expression is no easy task in an old building with cast-in-place facades, low room height and a space-consuming constructive principle.
