Keflavik Lufthavn
Forming the connection between the existing buildings in the north and south and an expansion to the east (SLN18), SLN21 will become the focal point of the terminal – somewhere that all departing and arriving passengers’ experience. Located centrally, it connects all other buildings. Inspired by the shifting plates of the earth, the varying and asymmetric roof forms and the openings between them create a variety of both direct and diffuse natural light that evokes the ever changing landscapes of Iceland.
