Gausta Helhetsplan
Further development of destination Gausta and Gaustablikk Høyfjellshotell as year-round destination and top destination in Norway within Alpine skiing. The hotel and hotel area is being developed as a new hub and lighthouse in the area with squares, spa department, top station and extended commercial offerings.
The project is a further development of the hotel and place where existing building and infrastructure have been the premier provider of plan and programming.
The hotel was built in the early 1970s and was the starting point for the tourist area which has become a ski resort with summer and winter tourism. The master plan cultivates the indigenous qualities and further develops the potential that lies in the meeting between the annex and the surrounding nature.
Develop a tourist square that can handle 4 seasons, and be the hub of the destination while having qualities for small and large groups. The hotel will become an attraction in itself and lift the coating 360 days a year using new features and activities.
